Product Innovation & Design
Our team of international designers and product developers based in China, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Germany continuously create collections and ensure quick sampling turnarounds.
Fabric Research & Development
We operate our own fabrics & trims sourcing office in China and entertain strategic partnerships with two Chinese mills which allow us to procure and develop fabrics at rapid speed and competitive prices. We have also established a fabric team in Bangladesh and are constantly increasing our share of locally sourced fabrics.
Wash Expertise & Denim Lab
Our washing teams in both China and Bangladesh are led by experienced Italian wash technicians. Both our Denim Lab and our production laundries are equipped with the latest machineries such as Laser, Ozone, eFlow and NoStone.
Quick Lead-time Model
Zamira is offering a solution for very quick lead-times out of low-cost sourcing region. On a number of our key qualities we back fabrics at our own risk (without any commitments from customer side). With close collaboration, there is room to squeeze the lead-time even further.
Small MOQ Solution
With increased demands to service e-commerce orders, trial quantities and smaller fashion buys, we are offering a flexible, agile and cost-effective solution for small batch production that runs alongside our bulk production lines.
